We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all products. However, due to the handmade nature of certain items, slight variations in size, color, or finish may occur.
All product prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed online, through WhatsApp, or in person.
Full payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other available payment methods.
Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping across India. Shipping charges and delivery times may vary depending on the location and weight of the order.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID (if applicable).
Delays due to courier partners, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control, but we’ll assist you in tracking your order.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, with photo/video proof.
Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
No returns accepted for minor variations in color, texture, or seasoning, as they are natural characteristics of iron and handmade products.

6. Care & Usage

Customers are responsible for properly maintaining and seasoning cookware, especially cast iron and sheet iron products.
Instructions for care are provided with each product and available on request.

7. Liability

Sri Vari Cookwares is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from improper use of our products.
Always follow safety guidelines when using pressure cookers or iron cookware.

8. Privacy Policy

Customer data such as names, addresses, and contact information is used strictly for order processing and communication.
We never sell or share your personal information with third parties.
