At Sri Vari Cookwares, we’re committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how your products are packed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- You provide photo or video proof of the issue.
- The product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
Note: Minor differences in color, texture, or seasoning of iron cookware are natural and not considered defects.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been used or tampered with.
- Custom or bulk orders.
- Products damaged due to mishandling or improper use.
- Natural seasoning variations in cast iron or sheet iron cookware.
3. How to Request a Return

Include:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and guide you through the next steps.
4. Return Shipping
- In case of a damaged or defective product, we will arrange for reverse pickup (where available).
- If reverse pickup is not possible, you may be asked to send the product back and we’ll reimburse the return shipping (with valid proof).
- For all other cases, return shipping will be borne by the customer.
- In case of approved replacement, we will deliver the replacement product within 7-10 days.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be credited within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
- If you prefer, we can offer store credit or a replacement product instead.
- Your refund or store credit will be credited into the source account within 5–7 business days.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
- To cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
