At Sri Vari Cookwares, we value your trust and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our replacement and cancellation terms carefully before placing your order.

Replacement Policy

We offer replacements only in the following cases:

1. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or broken, we’ll gladly replace it.
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
• The product should be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Note: Minor differences in color, texture, or seasoning of iron cookware are natural and not considered defects.

2. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange for a free replacement at the earliest.

Conditions:

• Replacement requests must be made through our customer care via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Reverse pickup will be arranged wherever possible.
• If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to return the item and share the shipping receipt for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)

• You may cancel your order before it is dispatched.
• For prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Cancellations After Dispatch

• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• In such cases, you may request a return after receiving the product (return policy applies).

3. Bulk / Custom Orders

• No cancellations or replacements allowed for bulk or customized orders once confirmed.
