Availability

We currently ship to select international countries.
If your country isn’t listed on our website, please contact us directly — we’ll do our best to arrange it for you.

Shipping Charges

International shipping charges are based on weight, destination, and package size.
Charges will be calculated manually and shared with you before confirming the order.
You can confirm the order via WhatsApp or email after reviewing the shipping quote.

Delivery Timeline

International deliveries may take 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.
We ship through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Payment Terms

Orders must be prepaid via international bank transfer, PayPal, or other approved methods.
No Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for international orders.

Customs & Import Duties

Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable in your country) are not included in the product or shipping cost.
These charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Important Notes

International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of shipping damage or wrong item sent.
In case of damage during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
